Sierra Veterinary Hospital has served the Carson City Sheriff’s Office by providing care for their working dogs since the K9 team’s inception. The K9 handler deputies of the Carson City Sheriff’s Office provide excellent care of their partners and it is with gratitude that Sierra Veterinary Hospital has the opportunity to serve such vital members of the Sheriff team who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe.
Sierra Veterinary Hospital provides both wellness and emergency veterinary services for the Sheriff K9s to ensure they remain in excellent health.
Sierra Veterinary Hospital partnered with our wonderful community members to host a fundraiser to provide the working dogs with custom protective vests to wear while on duty.
We also partner with the Sheriff’s Office in the future on pet safety classes for community members. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our expertise during these popular events.
